RYAN, Circuit Judge. Plaintiffs appeal the dismissal of their complaint against dozens of named and unnamed defendants under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1962 & 1964 (RICO), 15 U.S.C. § 1 (Sherman Antitrust Act), and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 & 1983. Some of the defendants have cross-appealed, claiming that the district court should have awarded sanctions against plaintiff Dzina and his original counsel in addition to the sanction of dismissal of the action. We affirm.
